Very interesting. I myself am a complete pansy when it comes to scary games. Slender makes me think of Amnesia, you can’t fight off enemies; you have to run for your life and hide! Hearing the Slender Man stalking you in the shadows everywhere you go sounds very unnerving, but I find it odd that you can’t win. Is the daytime mode the only reward you get?

I can’t do scary games either. The first Resident Evil kept me awake for a flippin’ month as a kid. :(

Exactly. I have a hard enough time sleeping as it is! I don’t see the appeal of playing a game that gives you nightmares for a week.

Yea only daytime for winning, that was the biggest reason I didn’t give the game a perfect score. I could definitely see them improving upon the game and adding more to it, most likely making it a purchasable game.

Yeah. They may add on something else with the patch that gets rid of the daytime bonus.

I love anything horror. I’m not very good at them because of that though, when I played Amnesia I tried chasing the monsters down and killing them, couldn’t bring myself to get into it.

Played the game and damn near shat myself. It’s a very slow paced game… But you don’t really know when its going to happen…

Play the game to find out what I am talking about!

It is pretty terrifying. If you want true terror, you should definitely check out Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

He doesn’t attack per say… he just follows you around until he catches you. So you better be swift in collecting those pages!
